All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

Prices

All prices are quoted in £ sterling (or GBP) and inclusive of all UK Taxes ie VAT

Due to the variety of the product we offer on this site, it is programmed for direct despatch to UK addresses only. However if you live outside the UK please email us with your enquiry and we should be able to give you a personal quotation on availability and delivery.

This is a secure WORLDPAY shopping site, however if you prefer to pay OFFLINE please do not hesitate to telephone us on the store number of 015394 48688 to place your order and make credit card payments. If you do not have a credit card, we will accept cheque payments, and despatch the goods after the cheque has cleared.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order the same day we receive it, or at least within 14 days if the item is temporarily out of stock. If for any reason it is likely to be longer, or if waiting for one item would seriously delay the despatch of the remainder of your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

For Furniture deliveries we MUST speak to you before despatch to arrange an acceptable time and review all details of your order – and that you have checked all the dimensions so it goes through your front door ok!

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Parcelforce 48.( except for furniture). Both methods should have your goods to you within 48 hours of despatch. If you would like a tracking number for your order we will be happy to provide it if you email your request to info@style-trading.com

For any order of general goods weighing less than 0.25kg Post & Packaging will cost £3.50 –this P& P charge will be included in your on line payment

For any order of general goods weighing more than 0.25kg but less than 30 kg Post & Packaging will cost £12.00 ( so your first item on the order may cost £12.00 but you can have 2 or 3 more in the same order for free P & P!!) - this P& P charge will be included in your on line payment

All Furniture orders are treated as individual cases and delivery charges will be costed based on your order volume and location. If you have ordered on line delivery charges will not have been included in your payment. We will contact you when we receive your order and discuss the options with you. Any costs payable will be required the week we are due to deliver. If you prefer you can telephone us on 015394 48688 or email us at info@style-trading.com for a quote before you order.

Returns

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, however If you receive damaged/faulty goods we will replace them (stock permitting) or refund in full (including the original postage charge) Please call us on 015394 48688 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods.

If you change your mind about our products for whatever reason you can return your order to us in perfect condition ( unused and in the original packaging) for an exchange (stock permitting) or refund.

Of course we cannot offer this facility on earrings or all other pieces of jewellery that have been worn.

Reservation of Title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
